El Mirador, Empty No More?

West Hollywood’s elegant El Mirador Apartments, designed by S. Charles Lee (yup, the guy who designed so many of LA’s prettiest movie palaces), went up in 1929. It is a gorgeous building that screams “old Hollywood glamour”.

Unfortunately, previous tenants were Ellis Acted long ago, and the property has been empty for considerably longer than the five years required by law.
