West Hollywood’s elegant El Mirador Apartments, designed by S. Charles Lee (yup, the guy who designed so many of LA’s prettiest movie palaces), went up in 1929. It is a gorgeous building that screams “old Hollywood glamour”.
Janet “Houses of Hollywood” Grey reports that El Mirador, fresh off of a restoration (with some updates), is accepting applicants again. If you’re interested, reach out to realtor Brittany Morrison, or find the website here.
It’s far too rich for my blood at $5,500 or more per month, but at least it won’t be empty anymore.
