A little over three years ago, I dug into the demolition of 570 North Normandie Avenue, which burned after just two months of being left empty and improperly secured (case in point: in the photo above, you can clearly see the wide-open gate with a posted demolition notice).
Ramirez did commit the bulk of his crimes in and around LA, but he has also been linked to crimes in San Francisco. His DNA was linked to the m*rder of 9-year-old Mei Leung in the Tenderloin, which may have been his first k*lling. He's suspected of a few other m*rders, but known to have killed the Pans.
Normandie Investments LLC, which is/was linked to an Adam Surnow. Alchemy Planning + Land Use, aka Gary Benjamin, also appeared on the 2021 demolition permit application.
Just to be accurate, The Night 🌙 Stalker was in L.A. Feinstein may have been referring to the Zodiac Killer. I'm not sure. 👍

Empty Los Angeles is correct. Feinstein received a highly sensitive law enforcement briefing on the investigation, then held a press conference and shared information that was not for public consumption.
