Ramirez did commit the bulk of his crimes in and around LA, but he has also been linked to crimes in San Francisco. His DNA was linked to the m*rder of 9-year-old Mei Leung in the Tenderloin, which may have been his first k*lling. He's suspected of a few other m*rders, but known to have killed the Pans.
Just to be accurate, The Night 🌙 Stalker was in L.A. Feinstein may have been referring to the Zodiac Killer. I'm not sure. 👍
