More scams by City Planning to hide what's happening from the public. The case file is AA-2023-7642-PMLA-HCA for a lot split. The new addresses will be 4400 W Carpenter, 11815 W Moorpark, and 11819 W Moorpark. These are made up numbers by City Planning and since these new houses don't yet exist, there are no such addresses in ZIMAS. ZIMAS has already erased housing data for 4408 W Carpenter although the house is still there.

Thanks, Mike. How sad is it that NONE of this surprises me in the least?

House sold for $1.9 MM in 2023. Now it's a tear down. Crazy.

It's an attractive house that likely has good built ins, cabinets and fixtures. A progressive city would include salvage and opportunities for house moving in the demolition permitting pipeline.

A progressive city would encourage the owner to donate the house to a fire survivor (assuming it's not too damaged to repair)!
