It’s a serious issue. I think Nithya has the right mindset about fixing the city in a major way.
She’s absolutely right about city departments not functioning properly. But that doesn’t absolve any elected official of responsibility. They still need to listen to constituents and follow up on complaints until the issue is resolved.
