Do I spy Kim and Richard giving a tour? :-) I never really understood the beauty of this building until I looked at some photos. It appears that this was a working hotel or SRO for at least a little while. I love Gabe's idea and wish it could happen tomorrow. Thank you for keeping us all informed.
Hi there! The Barclay is larger than the 94 offline rooms, and they do have some residents enjoying the extremely low rates offered by Healthy Housing Foundation. We think it's unconscionable that the City will not help a property owner who wants to house low-income Angelenos get their units back online.
